Most people are unaware of the impact that Unions have made in all of workplaces.
Each day we all go to our worksite and take certain benefits, such as lunch breaks, health benefits, & weekends off, for granted. Especially at this time with the Janus decision on the horizon, it is important for us to take the time and reflect on the workplace benefits we have received from the actions of the Union.
FOA proudly supports the ‘Power of the Union’. Over the course of the next month, FOA will be highlighting workplace benefits that are a result of the ‘Power of the Union’ in this Country.
