On October 14th, 2015 a Carmel, NY man was involved in a serious car wreck on 1-684. According to authorities two cars collided causing a multiple vehicle pile up.
The 52 year old driver of the motorcycle was transported to Westchester Medical Center where he died several days later due to his injuries.
