Robert Seidner, Esq. was born and raised in Suffolk County, New York. He attended SUNY Albany and received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business in 1991. He went on to The Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and received his Juris Doctorate in 1995. Robert was then admitted to the New York Bar in 1996.
After completing his undergraduate education, Robert decided to pursue a career in law. He attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, in Huntington, New York, where he was on the International Law Review Journal. While in law school, Robert interned in Suffolk County Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Peter Fox Cohalan. He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996. During the onset of his legal career, Robert practiced Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Law representing injured parties due to the negligence of other.
His experience litigating such claims and assisting injured people helped him transition into his current role as a Workers’ Compensation Attorney at Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP (FOA). Robert’s tenure with FOA spans over 9 years. Currently, Robert’ s practice is solely dedicated to Workers’ Compensation law and helping the injured worker. Robert educates clients on managing the effects of workplace accidents and understanding their Workers’ Compensation rights. Robert also prides himself on helping clients navigate the Workers’ Compensation system and keeping the process virtually stress free for his clients.
Robert has lived on Long Island his entire life and continues to reside in Suffolk County with his wife of 27 years and 2 children.
