Donald Crouch is a supervising partner at Fine, Olin & Anderman and manages the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice. During his tenure at FOA, Mr. Crouch was responsible for extensive litigation at the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and in the New York State appellate courts against a major employer for inappropriate deductions from workers’ compensation payments. Through his efforts in that case, the injured workers’ were refunded over two million dollars and established legal precedent protecting all injured workers’ in New York State.
Mr. Crouch has presented at union conferences on the topic of New York Workers’ Compensation. He is an original member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. The IWBA is dedicated to advocating for injured workers and their families throughout New York State. He is a member of the New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. He serves on an advisory committee appointed by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board for the review and revision of New York State workers’ compensation policy and practice.
Mr.Crouch is also a member and serves on the Board of Directors of Colony – South Brooklyn Houses. Colony – South Brooklyn Houses is a Nonprofit organization providing day care and youth programs to the underprivileged in Brooklyn, New York.
